The Role

As Merchant Management Officer, you are responsible for the growth of SB Finance 2-in-1 product via merchant solicitation, onboarding to implementation acceptance to strengthen merchant relationships through the entire merchant life cycle. The role is also responsible for aftersales activities such as but not limited to attending to merchant requests, concerns, and complaints.

How you’ll contribute

• Onboard merchant partners to serve as acceptance points for SB Finance products
• Push for the usage of SB Finance Products to partner merchants
• Serve as liaison to merchant partners regarding requests, concerns, and any other business, as required
• Develop and ensure effective execution of strategic growth plans
• Explore new market opportunities and partner with other units to deliver innovative solutions
• Perform other tasks essential to support the needs of the business

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years of marketing and sales experience in banking, financing, insurance, etc.,
• With merchants, management exposure is an advantage
• A graduate of Marketing, Business, or any relevant course
• Proven expertise in marketing and sales in several financial products and services
• Must be strategic, and analytical with strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good leadership and people management skills
