The Role

 As a Credit Card Deduper, you will be responsible for data file matching versus the internal and external databases on prospective clients/employees of the Bank to determine their eligibility/qualification according to set standards or parameters.

How you’ll contribute

• Adheres to the following in the performance of the assigned tasks: Bank Policies / Procedures / Standards.
• Executes the Operations Manual in the performance of assigned tasks such as but not limited to Deduping / Salary Advance Enrollment / Dedupe Requests via Email or Adhoc Tasks.
• Adheres to the Service Level Agreement and Turn-Around-Time (TAT) in the performance of assigned tasks.
• Conducts pre-screening of Salary Advance Loan Application details if in line with the minimum requirements and existing guidelines; Enroll application to the Salary Advance System.
• Conducts data file matching versus internal and external databases for products offered by the Bank. (Auto Loans, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Salary Advance Programs (SALAD), Home Loans, Business Loans)
• Performs other duties and functions that Team Leader and Unit Head may assign. Assists Team Leader and Unit Head on credit items, non-credit related items, and special assignments as needed.

• With good oral and written communication skills
• Well-versed with the following MS Application: Word and Excel
