The Role

As a Systems Officer, responsible for supporting the Systems Management Unit Head in ensuring efficient collections systems usage and data sharing. He/she will provided systems support when requested and assist in the management of any future systems implementations and projects. The purpose of this role is to assist the Systems Unit Head in supporting the Collections Division’s needs on process and strategy enhancements with regards to collections systems.

How you’ll contribute

• Monitor and track the generation and delivery of all systems input and output files.
•  Apply required adjustments and reformatting to system data files for processing.
• Conduct daily system health check and ensure all systems are up and running before production starts.
• Perform the running of system-related processes, jobs, and automations.
• Develop and maintain user documentation for all systems processes (training support, field definitions, code lists, etc.) to provide instruction and reference.
• Receive and process system access requests.
•  Create and ensure all system Security Matrix are updated.
•  Perform regular system access review and process updates or deletion as needed.
• Submit and monitor service requests to ITG.
• Prepare the Collections Systems deck, reporting dashboards.
• Process contract and license renewal with the vendors or ITG.
• Receive system issue reports, ensure completeness of information, and report to ITG.
• Report issues to stakeholders, provide update, and escalate as needed.
•  Coordinate with business units in deploying back up processes
•  Coordinate with business units and ITG in performing test and deploying fix.
• Track all system issues and ensure RCA are gathered from ITG or resolving unit
• Gather from requesting unit all relevant and complete details of new system projects or enhancement requests.
• Conduct meeting to discuss further the projects or requests.
• Prepare the project or enhancement documentations.
• Route documents for approval and gather needed details from responsible parties in case approvers have questions or need for clarification.
• Assist in the development and/or configuration of the enhancements on system/s handled (SQL, VBA, Visual Studio, SSIS, etc).
• Discuss requirements to UAT Team
• Assist UAT Team in creating UAT script and preparing test data
• Manage UAT exercise, report, and track configuration issues
• Complete UAT documents
• Perform other related tasks which may be assigned to support the Unit

• 1-4 Years Related Experience

• Basic to Intermediate Programing (SQL, VBA, Visual Studio, SSIS, etc)
