The Role
As Dealer Sales Officer, you are responsible for monitoring all turn-ins being endorsed by the dealer partners thru the Dealer Coordinators. You are expected to closely communicate with the Dealer Coordinators and ensure that all booking documents have no deficiencies and are completely submitted to Operations. Also, you need to monitor the sales performance of the Dealer Coordinators and ensure that each Dealer Coordinator is achieving their sales targets.
How you’ll contribute
- Ensures that each Dealer Coordinator achieves his sales target.
- Secures all turn-ins are being closely monitored and the dealer partners are being provided with status on a timely basis.
- Checks the completion of the documentary requirements needed for booking.
- Ensures that collaterals such as OR’s/CR’s are being collected from the dealers in a timely manner and monitors the timely completion of documentary deficiencies both from the dealers and the customers.
- Monitors proper coverage of dealer shops by Dealer Coordinator based on the coverage plan.
- Builds and maintains good business relationships with the handled dealers.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or any relevant course
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- Knowledgeable in retail and field sales operations
- Extensive experience in the motorcycle industry
- Must be strategic, analytical with strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Has the ability to coach and train, must be a good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
