The Role

As Sales Admin and Pricing Officer, you are responsible for the pricing of 2-Wheels such as updating and preparation if there are additional items or SKU’s, changes in SRP’s, changes in interest rates, etc. In addition, you are responsible for the analysis of the pricing competitors’ scans being done and submitted by the field sales front liners. Also, you are expected to assist the Sales Analytics and Admin Manager on all sales-related administrative tasks.

How you’ll contribute

• Assists the Sales Analytics and Admin Manager in preparing 2-Wheel pricing whenever there are changes in the Suggested Retail Prices or with additional models as initiated by the manufacturers or any change/s in the rates as initiated by SBF Management and coordinates with dealers or manufacturers regarding updated Suggested Retail Prices
• Prepares needed templates in the Merchant Management System. (Merchant/Dealer Template, DMST/DSA Template, and SKU Template)
• Takes charge in the analysis of the pricing competitors’ scan being submitted by the field sales front liners.
• Manages and updates dealer data including but not limited to dealer profile and contact information.
• Helps in monitoring the ORCR submission of the dealers and other dealer documentary deficiencies.
• Acts as Auxiliary Governance Officer for 2-Wheels.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or any relevant course
• At least 4 years of related work experience
• Extensive experience in the motorcycle industry
• Must be strategic, analytical with strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
