The Role

As a Transformation Analyst, you will be the execution unit of the transformation team. You will report to a Transformation lead and support him with the delivery of projects on a daily basis. Your role will be to actively participate in such projects and be responsible for specific project deliverables (e.g., process analysis, document preparation, data analysis, training execution) or specific mini-projects). You will be guided/coached by a transformation lead to ensure excellent quality of deliverables as well as to help you learn new skills. You, on the other hand, are expected to be proactively seeking opportunities to learn at any possible occasion.

SBC is a data-driven organization, so numbers should be your friend. You should be able to quickly orientate yourself in analyses, numbers, charts, and tables.

How you’ll contribute

• Take responsibility for a specific area of the business project and ensure its successful delivery under Transformation Lead’s guidance. Such area can cover any part of business process improvement.g.:
  • Analysis of a business process and process flow preparation
  • Assumptions/Hypothesis validation
  • Data collection
  • Data analysis
  • Change proposal (As-Is, To-Be)
  • Reports design
  • Training preparation and execution
  • Piloting/Champion challenger management
• Validate your outcomes with your Transformation Lead
• Present your outcomes to project stakeholders and steering committees.
• Proactively look for gaps in our processes and potential improvement opportunities. Combine both an operational view when looking for quick wins and a strategic view to look for long-term strategic initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/ Banking, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science/Engineering, or any relevant study
• With at least three years of relevant experience
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills (MECE)
• Natural team player
• Proactive
• Problem-solving skills
• Good presentation, communication, and listening skills
•  Experience from/in-depth banking, finance, lending, or fintech knowledge.
• International working experience is an advantage.
• Data analytical skills and knowledge of data analytical languages (SQL, SAS, R, Python…)
• Experience with working on a project basis
• Experience with managing both project and non-project teams
