The Role

As a Dedupe Staff, you are responsible for data file matching versus the internal and external databases on prospective clients/employees of the Company to determine their eligibility/qualification according to set standards or parameters. To aid the Credit Underwriters to make a sound credit decision for consumer finance applications.

How you’ll contribute

Leadership/Management  

1. Assists Team Leader and Department Head on credit items, non-credit related items, and special assignments as the need arises.

Quality Orientation  

1. Executes the Operations Manual in the performance of assigned tasks such as but not limited to:
• Deduping

2. Adheres to the Service Level Agreement and Turn-Around-Time (TAT) in the performance of assigned tasks.

3. Conducts data file matching versus internal and external databases for products offered by the Company.

• Car 4 Cash

• 2in1

4. Entertains dedupe requests via email or accounts coursed outside the loans processing systems.

5. Performs other duties and functions that may be assigned by Team Leader, Unit Head and Department Head from time to time.

Understanding and Application of Compliance and Regulatory Guidelines

1. Ensures compliance to set standards and parameters in the performance of assigned tasks and that processes implemented conform to approved policy and guidelines

What we’re looking for 

• A graduate with a bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 6 months experience in deduping. FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills – conversational/interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties; keen on details, customer-centric, responsible, and enthusiastic
