The Role
The Executive Assistant is an individual contributor within the Chief of Staff organization. The Executive Assistant will manage and assume responsibility for ETO, CIO, CTO, and Infosec Head’s agenda and proactively prioritize them in appropriate situations.
How you’ll contribute
- Support other ad-hoc requests within the IT segment to help facilitate operations
- Book travel, schedule meetings, and keep track of expenses for the ETO/CIO/CTO/Infosec Head
- Help to manage ETO/CIO/CTO/Infosec Head’s priorities and processes based on guidance
- Support a positive and collaborative digital delivery culture with a philosophy of continuous improvement, development, innovation, and excellence while remaining in compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures and upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- With at least one year of experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong knowledge of office management and administrative procedures
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
