Is promo registration required to participate in the promo?
Yes, promo registration is required to participate in the promo. The Promo Agreement and Hold Consent Form (PAF) must be fully signed and submitted, declaring your preferred item and holding period.
This will be done at your branch of account or through your Wealth Managers (for Security Bank Wealth customers). For joint accounts, all co-depositors must also sign the form.
What deposit accounts qualify for the promo?
Qualified checking and savings account (CASA) for this promo are any Philippine Peso-denominated CASA.
The following are excluded:

What are fresh funds?
Only the following shall be considered as fresh funds:
1. Cash deposits through any SBC branch, cash acceptance machines, or automated teller machines
2. Online fund transfers, local or internal, from non-SBC bank accounts
3. Check deposits from non-SBC bank accounts
4. SBC payroll credits (for SBC payroll accounts)
5. Interest credits
What are not considered as fresh funds?
The following are not considered as fresh funds:
1. SBC-sourced loan proceeds and FX conversions

When will I receive my reward?
You shall receive your reward (in Giftaway eGC) within thirty (30) days from the start of your Hold Period.
The Giftaway eGC is valid for redemption up to sixty (60) days from awarding and shall expire thereafter.
How will I receive the reward?
The Giftaway eGC shall be sent to your registered contact information with Security Bank. Your information with the bank must be complete and up-to-date to receive your reward.

What happens if I upgrade or downgrade from Security Bank Wealth or Gold Circle?
You must maintain your Security Bank Wealth status or Gold Circle membership for the entire campaign and monitoring period. Withdrawal from either program will disqualify you and result in forfeiture and corresponding SRP charge to the account.
However, an upgrade from Gold Circle to Security Bank Wealth shall not be considered a disqualification.
Can the Security Bank Wealth and Gold Circle Welcome Gift promo be availed with other Security Bank offers?
The Promo may not be availed of in conjunction with any other offers or promotions by Security Bank for the same products such as Wealth Member-Get-Member Promo, Wealth Welcome Rewards Promo, and Gold Circle Upgrade Promo.

Promo mechanics
1. Overview: The Security Bank Wealth and Gold Circle Welcome Gift Promo (“Promo”) is an incentive program for customers of Security Bank Corporation (“Security Bank”) who join Security Bank Wealth and Gold Circle within the promo period.
2. Promo Period: Promo period is from December 4 to December 19, 2025, and extended until December 31, 2025, as approved by DTI-FTEB.
3. Eligibility: This promo is open to all Security Bank customers. For existing Wealth clients, proceed to PAF accomplishment and submission. For Non-wealth, ensure you upgrade to Wealth during the promo period to qualify. Make sure to maintain the required Total Relationship Balance1 or “TRB” or its equivalent for third currency products accordingly:
- Security Bank Wealth: PHP 5,000,000 TRB
- Security Bank Gold Circle: PHP 500,000 TRB
NOTE:
- All individual CASA account holders are eligible to participate in this promo, including SBC employees.

4. Participation and Mechanics: A customer will be qualified to participate in and receive the reward if all the following conditions are met:
a. Customer has an existing CASA or newly opened CASA during the promo period. Specifically:
i. Customer must be the primary account owner of the existing or newly opened CASA.
ii. Qualified accounts are any Philippine Peso-denominated CASA, excluding eSecure Savings, Money Builder accounts, Business/Corporate accounts, Cash Cards, and BusinessPlus accounts.
b. Customer successfully signs up to Security Bank Wealth or to Gold Circle within the promo period. Customers may sign up to Security Bank Wealth through Branch or Wealth Managers. Customers may sign up to Gold Circle through Branch or an online enrollment form.
c. Customer has a minimum Total Relationship Balance1 (TRB) of PHP5,000,000 for Security Bank Wealth and PHP500,000 for Gold Circle as the primary account owner at the time of awarding the rewards.
d. Customer fills out, signs, and submits the Promo Agreement and Hold Consent Form (“PAF”), declaring their preferred item and holding period (see Rewards). For joint accounts, all co-depositors must also sign the form. The PAF Shall contain the following parameters:
i. Customer must choose only one reward.
ii. Customer must choose their preferred Holding Period and corresponding Fresh Funds requirement.
e. Customer deposits fresh funds to any qualified Peso-denominated CASA as the primary account owner and has the funds placed on hold for the duration of their chosen Holding Period as reflected in the accomplished Form:
i. For the avoidance of doubt, only the following shall be considered fresh funds:
a. Cash deposits through any SBC branch, cash acceptance machines, or automated teller machines
b. Online fund transfers, local or internal, from non-SBC bank accounts
c. Check deposits from non-SBC bank accounts
d. SBC payroll credits (for SBC payroll accounts)
e. Interest credits
ii. The following are NOT considered as fresh funds:
a. SBC-sourced loan proceeds and FX conversions
b. Cash transferred from existing SBC deposit and/or investment accounts

iii. SBC will also review the Qualified Customers’ Total Relationship Balance (“TRB”) in all his/her SBC product holdings, including but not limited to CASA, Time Deposit, Treasury, and other Investment Products in relation to their Security Bank Wealth or Gold Circle enrollment.
5. Rewards: Qualified customers may enjoy their reward based on the Fresh Funds Requirement and Holding Period:

a. Rewards will be in the form of Giftaway eGCs indicating the item, corresponding SRP, and partner merchant for redemption. d. Qualified customers shall receive a confirmation advisory.
e. The Giftaway eGC shall be sent through their registered contact information with Security Bank. The customer’s information with the bank must be complete and up-to-date to receive their reward.
f. The customer must maintain their Security Bank Wealth status or Gold Circle membership for the entire campaign and monitoring period. Withdrawal from either program will disqualify the customer and result in forfeiture and corresponding SRP charge to the account. However, an upgrade from Gold Circle to Security Bank Wealth shall not be considered a disqualification.
g. Failure to maintain funds would result in disqualification and charge of the SRP to the customer’s account.
6. Awarding Schedule: Customer shall receive their reward (in Giftaway eGC) within thirty (30) days from the start of their Hold Period. The eGC is valid for redemption up to sixty (60) days from awarding and shall expire thereafter.
For Illustration: Customer chosen hold period is 12 months.

7. Disqualification: Any violation of the promo mechanics, withdrawal from Security Bank Wealth or Gold Circle during the Hold Period, and/or failure to maintain the funds will result in disqualification from the promo, forfeiture of the rewards, and pretermination of the Hold Period. Provisions on pretermination will apply.
8. Pretermination: In the case of pretermination of the hold period, the customer agrees that Security Bank shall charge the full value of the reward to the account where the hold is placed. A portion of the deposit equivalent to the value of the reward will continue to be placed on hold until such time that Security Bank is able to process the charge.
If customer initiates the pretermination, he/she shall accomplish and sign a pretermination form at the Branch of promo registration to lift the hold on their account.
9. The Promo may not be availed of in conjunction with any other offers or promotions by Security Bank for the same products such as Wealth Member-Get-Member Promo, Wealth Welcome Rewards Promo, Gold Circle Upgrade Promo.
10. The Welcome Gift is non-transferable and not convertible to any other form of reward. All terms and conditions of Giftaway shall apply.
NOTE: The qualified customer will receive the eGC reward directly from Giftaway’s SMS or official email account. Security Bank will never ask for the customer’s OTP, CVC, and PIN via call, text, or email in relation to this promo.
11. All participating products are subject to existing policies and procedures of Security Bank including, but not limited to the following:
a. All accounts opened during the promo period will be subject to existing Know Your Customer (“KYC”)/account opening policies.
b. Accounts closed within thirty (30) days of the account opening will be subject to corresponding early closure penalty fees.
c. All existing product eligibility criteria shall apply unless otherwise specified.
12. Data Privacy: By participating in the Security Bank Wealth and Gold Circle Welcome Gift Promo, the client expressly grants authorization for the transfer, disclosure, and communication of personal and account information to and from Security Bank, participating merchants, service providers, and pertinent third parties. This authorization is granted for the explicit purposes of marketing and promotion, as well as for verification, checking, validation, and fulfillment in relation to this campaign.
13. Force Majeure: In the event that Security Bank is prevented from awarding the eGC or proceeding with the Promo due to any unforeseeable event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or any other cause not reasonably within the control of Security Bank (each termed a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Security Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promo.
14. Fraud: Any fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or collusion by the customer with another individual, whether directly or indirectly, or any unauthorized activities associated with the registration, the use of referral links, participation in the Promo, or redemption of rewards may result in the disqualification of the customer from the Promo. Additionally, Security Bank reserves the right, at its discretion, to impose sanctions, including but not limited to, the suspension or cancellation of banking privileges, closure of accounts in Security Bank, or the forfeiture of rewards. This action shall be taken without prejudice to any legal measures that Security Bank may pursue.
15. In case of dispute with respect to client’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfilment, etc., Security Bank’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding client’s eligibility for the Program shall be resolved by Security Bank.
