How to join
- Successfully accomplish and submit the online form below.
- Deposit and/or invest a total of at least PHP5,000,000 within 30 days from account opening/customer onboarding date to any participating product/s.
- Receive Giftaway credits in two (2) scheduled tranches with milestones and corresponding rewards as follows:

I. CUSTOMER REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Overview: The SBC Wealth BBS Referral Program (“Program”) is open only to customers of Security Bank Corporation (“Security Bank”) who qualify under the criteria outlined below and are not prohibited under the applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for the Program.
2. Promo Period: The Program shall run from September 16, 2024 to March 31, 2025
3. Eligibility Requirements: Customers referred by the Business Banking Segment (“Customer”).
4. Participation: The customer must successfully accomplish and submit an online lead form to be qualified for rewards. The online lead form shall be available on the dedicated website landing page of the Program.
5. Qualification: The customer shall be qualified to receive rewards if the following requirements are met:
a. Must be a New-To-Bank (“NTB”) customer who does not have any existing banking relationship either as a primary or secondary account holder with Security Bank.
b. Must start a Wealth Management relationship with Security Bank as the primary account holder under Retail Banking Segment (“RBS”) within the Promo Period or within three (3) months from the submission of the online lead form.
c. Must place and maintain a minimum of PHP5,000,000 fresh funds1 Total Relationship Balance2 (“TRB”) or its foreign currency equivalent for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months. In cases of United States Dollar (USD)-denominated funds that is considered for the purpose of the Program, a fixed exchange rate of USD1.00 = PHP54 conversion rate shall be used.
6. Rewards: The customer shall receive Giftaway credits as rewards which shall be credited to the customer’s nominated active electronic mail address (email address):

a. To be eligible for the release of the 2nd tranche, the 1st tranche milestone must be achieved.
b. Qualified customers shall receive a confirmation advisory after the crediting of the reward through email.
c. Rewards are non-transferrable and not convertible to cash, credit card points, or to any other form of reward.
d. Rewards may be redeemed for eGift® vouchers at https://giftaway.ph
8. Bank Policies: All participating products are subject to existing policies and procedures of Security Bank including but not limited to the following:
a. All accounts opened during the Promo Period shall be subject to existing Know-Your-Customer (KYC)/account opening policies.
b. Accounts closed within 30 days of the account opening shall be subject to corresponding early closure penalty fees.
c. All existing product eligibility criteria shall apply unless otherwise specified.
9. Interactions: The Program is not valid in conjunction with any other offers or promotions by Security Bank for the same products.
10. Data Privacy: By participating in the Program, the customer expressly grant authorization for the transfer, disclosure, and communication of personal and account information to and from Security Bank, participating merchants, service providers, and pertinent third parties. This authorization is granted for the explicit purposes of marketing and promotion, as well as for verification, checking, validation, and fulfillment.
11. Force Majeure: In the event that Security Bank is prevented from awarding rewards or proceeding with the Program due to any unforeseeable event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or any other cause not reasonably within the control of Security Bank (each termed a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Security Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program.

13. All questions and disputes with respect to the Promo shall be resolved by the Bank with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and any decision shall be binding and conclusive on the qualified customers.
