Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good standing.
2. The Promo Period is from January 1 to September 15, 2025, valid for stays until September 30, 2025.
3. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled of the following offers within the Promo Period:

4. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must call or email the resort/hotel to book their stay and pay the reservation fee or full amount online using the payment link provided by the resort/hotel using their participating Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit card at The Manila Hotel within the Promo Period.
5. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.

7. For cancellation and modification of booking, hotel policy will be followed.
8. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel.
9. A single purchase transaction only requires one approval. Using multiple cards or splitting a single transaction into multiple transactions to receive multiple discounts/rewards are prohibited.
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher.
11. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of The Manila Hotel.
12. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of The Manila Hotel and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
13. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and The Manila Hotel with the concurrence of DTI.
14. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
