2. Settle the fee using your Security Bank credit or debit card by visiting the Radiance office in-person. You may pay via bank transfer or use their debit or credit card point-of-sale terminal.

 Terms and Conditions

1. The promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing.
2. The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from December 26, 2024 to July 31, 2025.
3. The Travel Period is from February 20, 2025 to September 21, 2025.
4. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to PHP6,000 off on the following offers within the Promo Period:

5. To avail of any of the promo offers, cardholders must:
   • Contact Radiance Hospitality and Radiance Adventure Travel and Tours Services via phone or email to avail of the Promo offer.
   • Settle the reservation fee or the full amount using their Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card by visiting the Radiance Hospitality and Radiance Adventure Travel and Tours Services office in-person. Cardholder may pay via bank transfer or use their debit or credit card point-of-sale terminal.

7. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.
8. For cancellation and modification of booking, Radiance Hospitality and Radiance Adventure Travel and Tours Services or any affiliated establishments policy will be followed.
9. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred.
10. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Radiance Hospitality and Radiance Adventure Travel and Tours Services.
11. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Radiance Hospitality and Radiance Adventure Travel and Tours Services and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
12. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Radiance Hospitality and Radiance Adventure Travel and Tours Services with the concurrence of DTI.
13. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
