How to Avail

Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing.
2. The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from January 15, 2025 to June 30, 2025.
3. The Travel Period is from January 20, 2025 to April 30, 2026.
4. Security Bank cardholders are entitled of the following offers within the Promo Period:
   • Free USA visa processing (visa application fee must still be paid separately)
   • PHP1,000 off on visa processing fees for Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada

5. The US visa processing fee is waived for Security Bank cardholders.
   • US visa fee and exclusive partner courier fee (LBC) of the Embassy must be paid.
   • US visa processing promo is applicable to all B1B2 (Tourist/Business) and F1 (Student) applicants. B1 visa applicants have an additional surcharge of PHP1,500.
   • Free briefing and mock interview before the appearance date, if applicable.
6. To avail of any of the promo offers, cardholders must:
   • Contact Morelia Tours and Travel Inc. via phone or email.
   • Settle the reservation fee or the full amount online using the payment link provided by Morelia Tours and Travel Inc. and pay using their Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card.
7. For visa processing, cardholders must contact Morelia Tours and Travel, Inc. to avail of the promo since it will depend on which embassy to inquire.

9. Morelia Tours will handle all forms, requirements and more communication during processing until the embassy appearance date.
10. For cancellation and modification of booking, Morelia Tours and Travel Inc. or any affiliated establishments policy will be followed.
11. The promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.
12. A single purchase transaction only requires one approval. Using multiple cards or splitting a single transaction into multiple transactions to receive multiple discounts/rewards are prohibited.
13. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Morelia Tours and Travel Inc.
14. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Morelia Tours and Travel Inc. and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
15. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Morelia Tours and Travel Inc. with the concurrence of DTI.
16. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
