- The Promo Offers can be used via the Airalo app and https://www.airalo.com
- For an optimal experience with the Promo, it is recommended that Cardholders update their Airalo app to the latest version on the Google Play or App Store.
- The Promo cannot be combined or used alongside any other promotion of Airalo.
- Airalo reserves the right to change these terms & conditions or cancel any promotions at any time but with prior written notice of at least 90 days to Mastercard, in concurrence with DTI.
- No Cardholder shall have the right to contest any decision by Airalo concerning any aspect of the campaign or the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions or the determination as to the qualification of entries. Airalo’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, in concurrence with DTI.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of the Cardholder, Airalo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant, in concurrence with DTI.
- Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the Cardholder’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Airalo will not be liable to compensate expenses incurred in making an entry where applicable. No refund will be made for the cost of any entry where applicable.
- Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard shall apply.
- Security Bank and Airalo reserve the right to determine the eligibility and validity of cardholders and transactions for this offer in accordance with their payment records, including date and time.
- Mastercard’s decision on all matters relating to the Promo is final and binding on the Cardholder and Mastercard is not obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the Promo, in concurrence with DTI.
15% Discount Terms and Conditions
- To avail of the Promo Code, Cardholders must:
- Create or already have an account on Airalo.
- Use code MASTERCARD15 at checkout. The maximum discount value is USD100.
- The Promo Code can only be used when paying for the purchase through a Security Bank Mastercard. This promotion is not valid for payments made through any other payment methods.
- Airalo reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of this Promo Offer for any of the following reasons:
- The Promo Code was not used within the stated period or the maximum number of redemptions has been reached.
- Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity.
- Promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers.
- The Promo Code was used in bad faith (including resold eSIMs or use of discount by Cardholders purchasing products for re-selling).
Complimentary Trial Terms and Conditions
- To avail of the Complimentary Trial, Cardholders must:
- Create or already have an account on Airalo.
- Login to your Airalo account and navigate to the ‘Saved Cards’ section on your profile (https://www.airalo.com/profile/credit-cards).
- Add their Security Bank World, Platinum, Next, or Wave Mastercard to their account. If Cardholder already has their Security Bank World, Platinum, Next, or Wave Mastercard in their account, they must remove this card and add it again to be able to successfully redeem the promotion.
- Once an eligible Security Bank World, Platinum, Next, or Wave Mastercard has been added to the Cardholder’s Airalo account the complimentary trial will be added to the Airalo account.
- After expiry of the free trial eSIM, Cardholder may either purchase a top-up package for the trial eSIM to continue to stay connected or purchase another eSIM of their choice.
- Each unique Airalo account may only redeem the complimentary trial offer once with any one eligible Security Bank World, Platinum, Next, or Wave Mastercard.
