Terms and Conditions
- The Promo is open to all Security Bank credit and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good standing.
- The Promo Period is from December 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025
- The Stay Period is from December 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025
- Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to enjoy the following offers within the Promo Period.
- 30% off on published rates for bookings every Sunday to Thursday
- 20% off on published rates for bookings every Friday to Saturday
- To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must call or email the hotel to book their stay and pay the reservation fee or full amount online using the payment link provided by the hotel using their participating Security Bank credit and debit card within the Promo Period.
- The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.
- The Promo is not applicable on the following blackout dates:
- December 20-31, 2024
- March 29-30, 2025
- April 17-19, 2025
- Long weekends

- A single purchase transaction only requires one approval. Using multiple cards or splitting a single transaction into multiple transactions to receive multiple discounts/rewards are prohibited.
- All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel.
- For cancellation and modification of booking, hotel policy will be followed.
- The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Hotel Kimberly.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher.
- In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Hotel Kimberly and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
- Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Hotel Kimberly with the concurrence of DTI.
- Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank credit and debit cards shall apply.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
