PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank credit and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good standing.
2. The Promo Period is from February 16, 2025 to August 15, 2025.
3. The Stay Period is from February 17, 2025 to August 16, 2025.
4. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to enjoy the following offers within the Promo Period.

5. To avail the Accommodation Promo, the Cardholder must call or email the hotel to book their stay and pay the reservation fee or full amount online using the payment link provided by the hotel using their participating Security Bank credit and debit card within the Promo Period.
6. To avail the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant or spa staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank credit and debit card at participating restaurants at Golden Peak Hotel and Suites within the Promo Period.
7. The Promo is applicable to both check-in and outside guests.
8. The Dining Promo is applicable for dine-in and take-out orders.
9. The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
10. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.

12. A single purchase transaction only requires one approval. Using multiple cards or splitting a single transaction into multiple transactions to receive multiple discounts/rewards are prohibited.
13. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel.
14. The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo.
15. For cancellation and modification of booking, hotel policy will be followed.
16. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Golden Peak Hotel & Suites.
17. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher.
18. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Golden Peak Hotel & Suites and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
19. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Golden Peak Hotel & Suites with the concurrence of DTI.
20. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
