Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good standing.
2. The Promo Period is from February 15, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
3. Security Bank Mastercard Credit and Debit Cardholders are entitled to the following offers within the promo period:

   Get up 0% Charge Light for up to 12 months, or Charge Now, Pay Later Amount Tenor PHP 80,000 and above 3 months     6 months PHP 90,000 and above 9 months PHP 120,000 and above 12 months	All Credit Cards
   Get 50% OFF on Comprehensive Eye Screening & Lasik Surgery for a minimum spend	All Credit & Debit Cards

4. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must present and use their participating Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card at the participating establishment of Shinagawa Lasik & Aesthetic Center Corp within the Promo Period.
5. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.
6. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Shinagawa Lasik & Aesthetic Center Corp.
7. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Shinagawa Lasik & Aesthetic Center Corp. and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
8. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Shinagawa Lasik & Aesthetic Center Corp. with the concurrence of DTI.
9. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
