Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary Cardholders (“Cardholder”) whose Cards are active and in good credit standing*, and with available Credit Limit at the time of purchase. Below are the qualified Security Bank credit cards for the promo.
   

   Qualified cards: Classic Mastercard Gold Mastercard Next Mastercard Wave Mastercard Platinum Mastercard World Mastercard Complete Cashback Platinum Mastercard Corporate Mastercard and Security Bank Debit Mastercard are excluded from the promo.

2. Purchases of the Supplementary will be counted towards the Principal cardholder, also Supplementary purchases can qualify separately from their Principal cardholder. eGCs will be awarded to the Principal cardholder.
3. The promo is valid only for purchases at the Cathay Pacific Travel Fair happening at the Mega Fashion Hall, SM Megamall from March 28-30, 2025.
4. Credit cardholders can avail of the following during the Cathay Pacific Travel Fair:

   *Example: Cardholder can only redeem one (1) of the offers. If cardholder spends a single transaction of PHP55,000, they will only get the PHP3,000 eGCs (not the PHP1,500 anymore).

5. Qualified cardholder may redeem only once for either a single straight or installment transaction at the Cathay Pacific Travel for the entire promo period.
6. Only transactions during the Cathay Pacific Travel Fair 2025 will be considered for the promo offer. Spends at Cathay Pacific branches or online (i.e. via website or online kiosks) are excluded from this promo.
7. The prevailing forex rate (from USD) at the time the transaction was posted in the cardholder’s account will be considered to determine the PHP spend for validating qualified cardholders.
8. The redemption process for this promo is as follows:
   • The eGC code will be sent to the qualified cardholder’s registered mobile number via SMS within 30 banking days after the end of the promo period.
   • The cardholder must visit the Security Bank’s official website and search for “Cathay Pacific Travel Fair 2025” or go to https://www.securitybank.com/promos/featured/cathaypacific-travelfair2025/
   • To redeem, the cardholder must click the redemption button at the top of the promo page.
   • Once redirected to the redemption page, the cardholder needs to provide the unique eGC code (10-character key) sent by Giftaway and the mobile number where they received the eGC code.
   • The cardholder must choose from the list of merchants and click on the redeem button to claim the eGC. eGC Terms and Conditions vary per merchant.
9. Splitting transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for the promo.
10. The full amount of 0% ChargeLight Installment and Charge Now, Pay Later transaction shall be automatically deducted from the cardholders’ available credit limit.
11. Should a cardholder fail to receive the SMS with eGC code, the cardholder must inform Security Bank and update their nominated mobile number through Customer Contact Center Hotline at +632 8887-9188 by April 11, 2025 for them to receive the eGC.
12. Security Bank may not replace a redeemed eGC due to failure of cardholder to update his/her mobile number.
13. If the cardholder subsequently disputes the very same transaction which they used for the redemption of the eGC the cost of the eGC shall be charged to the cardholder’s account. The cardholder shall be informed via email or phone call that the cost of the item redeemed shall be charged to his account.
14. The eGCs are non- transferrable, not convertible to cash, non-refundable, and not replaceable when lost, and is not for sale. Lost or deleted codes may be requested subject to validation by Security Bank in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Promo pertaining to redemption and use.
15. The cardholder should maintain their card account in good* credit standing for at least 12 months from approval. Otherwise, the cost of the redemption will be charged back to the cardholder’s account.

17. All terms and conditions relating to the eGift and its use as indicated in the Giftaway website shall apply.
18. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
