- To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must call or email the resort/hotel to book their stay and pay the full amount online using the payment link provided by the resort/hotel using their participating Security Bank credit and debit card at Two Seasons Hotel & Resorts within the Promo Period.
- Advance reservation is required by calling and confirming with Two Seasons Hotels & Resorts that the guests will avail of the discount/privileges.
- Cardholder must be one of the staying guests and must present a valid ID upon check-in.
- Cardholders must use their Security Bank credit or debit card to pay for the bill.
- The Promo is not valid for online booking transactions.
- The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.

- For cancellation and modification of booking, hotel policy will be followed.
- Two Seasons Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to allocate rooms for the promo bookings.
- All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel.
- A single purchase transaction only requires one approval. Using multiple cards or splitting a single transaction into multiple transactions to receive multiple discounts/rewards are prohibited.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
- The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Two Seasons Hotel & Resorts.
- In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Two Seasons Hotel & Resorts and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
- Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Two Seasons Hotel & Resorts with the concurrence of DTI.
- Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank credit and debit cards shall apply.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.Â
