1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank credit and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good standing.
2. The Promo Period varies per offer.

   • HOTEL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
     • To avail the Hotel Promo, the Cardholder must call or email the resort/hotel to book their stay and pay the reservation fee or full amount online using the payment link provided by the resort/hotel using their participating Security Bank credit and debit card at The Bellevue Manila within the Promo Period.
     • For cancellation and modification of booking, hotel policy will be followed.
     • All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel.
   •  DINING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
     • To avail the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank credit and debit card at participating establishments of Qsina, Vue Bar, Phoenix Court, Pastry Corner and Johnny’s Steak & Grill.
     • The Promo is applicable to both check-in and outside guests.
     • The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
     • To qualify for the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must meet the minimum spend requirement of PHP1,500 (for Qsina), PHP1,500 (for Vue Bar), PHP1,500 (for Phoenix Court), PHP1,500 (for Johnny’s Steak & Grill) and PHP500 (for Pastry Corner).
     • The Promo is applicable for dine-in transactions only (for Qsina, Vue Bar, Phoenix Court & Johnny’s Steak & Grill) and dine-in and take-out transactions (for Pastry Corner).
     • Cardholders who are also checked-in at The Bellevue Manila must settle the bill after they dine in. Offer cannot be applied when it’s charged to your hotel room.
     • The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo.
4. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates
5. The Promo is not applicable on the following blackout dates:
   • May 11 & 12, 2025
   • December 24, 25, 30 & 31, 2025
   • January 1, 2026

9. A single purchase transaction only requires one Using multiple cards or splitting a single transaction into multiple transactions to receive multiple discounts/rewards are prohibited.
10. The Promo does not include the service charge when computing for the discount.
11. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
12. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of The Bellevue Manila, Qsina, Pastry Corner, Vue Bar and Phoenix Court.
13. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of RPJ Development, and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
14. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and RPJ Development, with the concurrence of DTI.
15. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
