Promo Mechanics

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good standing.
2. The Promo Period varies per offer.
3. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled of the following offers within the Promo Period:

   • For Restaurants:
     • Banquet sales, private functions, and parties are excluded from the promo.
     • Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if the cardholder has multiple qualified cards.
     • The promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, or fixed-price items, unless otherwise stated.
     • Blackout dates: May 11, June 15, and December 24, 25, 31
   • For Room Accommodations:
     • The promo is available for direct bookings only. Prior reservation is required.
     • A maximum of two (2) adults are allowed per room only. One (1) child 12 years old and below is free of charge with no additional bedding arrangement; breakfast is not included.
     • Cardholders can book up to two (2) rooms per day only.
     • The offer is not applicable for extensions of stay.
     • Notice of cancellation must be received no later than seventy-two (72) hours (Philippine time) prior to the guest’s arrival.
     • No penalty for modifications and cancellations made at least seven (7) days prior to arrival.
     • If canceled within three (3) days before arrival, a one-night penalty will be charged.
     • For same-day cancellation, a full stay will be charged. The same applies for no-show/non-arrival on the actual date of check-in.
     • Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified card.
     • Cardholders must present the card used in booking, along with a valid government-issued ID, during check-in.
     • The promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, or fixed-price items, unless otherwise stated.
     • Blackout dates apply, including but not limited to peak seasons such as holidays, long weekends, and other high-demand periods. Please inquire directly at the hotel for availability during these dates.
4. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.
5. The Promo is not applicable on the following blackout dates:
   • June 6-7, August 23-24, November 1-2, November 28-29, December 8, and December 16-31

7. For cancellation and modification of booking, hotel policy will be followed.
8. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel.

11. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Stalwart Realty Inc.
12. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Stalwart Realty Inc. and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
13. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Stalwart Realty Inc. with the concurrence of DTI.
14. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
