GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. This promo will run from December 16 to 31, 2023 and January 15 to March 31, 2024, as approved by DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-184038 Series of 2024.

2. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. When a client is qualified for this promo and the New Year New Welcome Rewards and/or the One Day Sale Promo, the higher reward between the New Year New Welcome Rewards and/or the One Day Sale Promo shall prevail. This promo shall apply to fresh/new funds deposited into the account, on top of the initial deposit required by the New Year New Welcome Rewards or One Day Sale Promo.

3. This Promo is open to the following clients ONLY:

• All New and Existing retail clients of Security Bank Corporation (“SBC”) with no deposit account before the Promo Period; and
• Pre-selected existing Security Bank Corporation (“SBC”) accountholders of Easy Savings and All-Access Accounts.

In addition, the following examples are NOT qualified to join the promo:

• The client has an “in trust for” account with a parent or guardian.
• Settlement accounts assigned to term deposits and loan products and payroll accounts are not included in this promo.
• Only the primary account holder of joint accounts is eligible for the promo, provided they are New-to-Bank or New-to-CASA clients.
• Business accounts under the name of the client are also excluded.

NOTE: Clients who meet all the criteria above are referred to as “Qualified Clients”.

4. Eligible Deposit accounts for the Promo are as follows:

• Easy Savings Account
• All Access Account
• eSecure Savings Account

5. Qualified clients are eligible to enjoy bonus rewards if he/she successfully meet the mechanics below:

Note:

• Clients who open a Doctors’ Bundle account, i.e., an All Access account with waived maintaining balance for medical doctors, may join the promo by making a deposit and maintaining at least ₱ 50,000 or ₱ 100,000 in their account.
• This promo supplements New Year, New Welcome Rewards and/or One Day Sale with ₱25,000 initial deposit requirement. To qualify for this promo, clients need to deposit an additional ₱ 25,000 and maintain for 3 months.
• Fresh Fund is defined as funds from outside Security Bank that are deposited into the client’s Security Bank CASA/Deposit account and are not counted as part of the client’s TRB at the start of the promo period or not from any other Security Bank product such as investment maturities.

6. Only the following deposit transaction type will be eligible for the promo:

• Cash/Check deposit via branch/CAM/ATM
• Interbank fund transfer

7. Cashback Awarding

Note: Clients may only get the cashback once they have placed the additional funding during the schedule mentioned above.

8. Claiming of Reward

• Qualified clients will receive the reward directly via Giftaway SMS and official Giftaway email.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: Security Bank will never ask for their OTP, CVC, and/or PIN via call, text, or email in relation to this promo.
• The Giftaway e-GC is not convertible to cash, non-refundable, and is not for sale. Lost or deleted codes may be requested subject to validation by the Security Bank in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the promo pertaining to redemption and use.
• The eVoucher code may only be redeemed through Giftaway merchants only. See the full list here: https://giftaway.ph/.
• By redeeming through Giftaway, the cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that Giftaway may require and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of Giftaway.
• All terms and conditions relating to eGift and its use as indicated on the Giftaway website shall apply.

9. All new account openings are subject to existing policies and procedures of SBC, including, but not limited to the following:

• Accounts opened during the promo period will be subject to existing KYC/account opening policies.
• Accounts closed within thirty (30) days from account opening will be subject to corresponding early closure penalty fees.
• Existing below maintaining balance charges corresponding to the participating product shall be applied.
