The Referrer:
- Must be an Existing-To-Bank (“ETB”) client of Security Bank.
- Must have an active SBC deposit account
The Referral:
- Must be a Philippine Registered Business (with updated DTI, SEC, etc.)
- Must be a New-To-Bank (“NTB”) MSME client who does not have any existing banking relationship either as a primary or secondary account holder with Security Bank.
- Must start a Business Banking relationship with Security Bank by opening a
BusinessPlus account within the Promo Period.

I. PROGRAM MECHANICS
A. Promo Period: November 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025.
B. Eligibility Requirements: The Referrer/s and the Referral/s of the MGM Program are subject to the following specific eligibility requirements
The Referrer:
- Must be an Existing-To-Bank (“ETB”) client of Security Bank.
- Must have an active SBC deposit account
The Referral:
- Must be a Philippine Registered Business (with updated DTI, SEC, etc.)
- Must be a New-To-Bank (“NTB”) MSME client who does not have any existing banking relationship either as a primary or secondary account holder with Security Bank.
- Must start a Business Banking relationship with Security Bank by opening a BusinessPlus account within the Promo Period.
C. Rewards: The Referrer for every successful Referral conversion and the Referral successfully converted into NTB BBS client shall both be entitled to receive electronic Gift Certificates as shown below to be sent to the Referrer’s and the Referral’s registered mobile number and email address.

- To be eligible for the disbursement of the Referral Bonus Reward, the 1st milestone must be achieved.
- Rewards are non-transferrable.
- Rewards are not convertible to Rewards Points or to any other form of reward.
D. Qualification: The Referrer and the Referral shall be qualified to receive rewards if the following requirements are met:
Tranche 1: The Referral started a BBS relationship with Security Bank within the Promo Period, or the Referral submitted within the Promo Period started a BBS relationship with Security Bank within three (3) months from the date of submission of the Referral.
Tranche 2: The Referral placed and maintained PHP100,000 or PHP500,000 in CASA ADB (via BusinessPlus account only) on the 3rd month of account opening.
E. Participation: A Referrer and/or Referral may participate in the MGM Program by submitting their information via the Online referral form such as Full Names of the Referrer and the Referral, Company Name, Contact Information of the Referrer and the Referral, Declaration and Data Privacy Consent, and other pertinent information deemed necessary by Security Bank.
F. Cases: In cases of multiple registrations of a single Referral and submitted through different Referrers, the Referrer which submitted the referral via the online first only shall be recognized as valid and eligible to receive the MGM Program reward.
G. Bank Policies: All participating products are subject to existing policies and procedures of Security Bank including but not limited to the following:
o All accounts opened during the Promo Period shall be subject to existing Know-Your- Customer (KYC)/account opening policies.
o Accounts closed within 30 days of the account opening shall be subject to corresponding early closure penalty fees.
o All existing product eligibility criteria shall apply unless otherwise specified.
H. Data Privacy: By participating in the MGM Program, the Referrer and the Referral/s expressly grant authorization for the transfer, disclosure, and communication of personal and account information to and from Security Bank, participating merchants, service providers, and pertinent third parties. This authorization is granted for the explicit purposes of marketing and promotion, as well as for verification, checking, validation, and fulfillment.
I. Force Majeure: In the event that Security Bank is prevented from awarding the cash credits or proceeding with the MGM Program due to any unforeseeable event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or any other cause not reasonably within the control of Security Bank (each termed a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Security Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the MGM Program.
J. Complaints Reporting. The Bank shall be notified in writing of questions/errors related to the BBS Member Get Member Promo (i.e. Bonus Rewards computation, crediting of bonus rewards etc.) within thirty (30) banking days of referral account opening. If no questions/ errors reported within the said period, the eGC crediting shall be considered final and correct and shall be binding upon the qualified customer.
