How do I avail of Preferential Loan Rates and other Business Elite Privileges?
- Proceed to any Security Bank branch or call your dedicated Business Elite Relationship Manager and accomplish a loan application form and submit the required documents.
- For the availment of Business Elite benefits such as free checkbooks, preferred FX rates, welcome gift, Life/Non-Life insurance and Beyond Banking trial benefits, you may directly coordinate with your dedicated Business Elite Relationship Managers.
How many checkbooks am I entitled to avail as a Business Elite Client?
As a Business Elite Client, you are entitled to receive up to four (4) free checkbooks per year. Requests must be made through your dedicated Business Elite Relationship Manager. Please note that if you are downgraded or your client segment is changed, you will no longer be eligible for this benefit within the corresponding year.
What will happen if I don’t maintain the required balance?
If you don’t maintain the required MTD ADB, the Bank may, at its discretion, reassign you to a lower banking segment.
What will I do if I want to cancel my Security Bank Business Elite Privilege?
- Inform your assigned Business Elite Relationship Manager.
- For client-initiated cancellation/termination, client must submit a free-formatted cancellation request letter, explicitly stating that they want to cancel or terminate their subscription to the Business Elite Proposition and the reason for cancellation/ termination.
- The cancellation letter must be signed by the company’s authorized signatories.
- The hard copy of the signed cancellation letter must be submitted to any Security Bank branch near you.

Definitions
- “Business Elite” is a preferred banking program that allows eligible business banking clients to enjoy certain features and benefits.
- “Month-To-Date” or “MTD” is the consolidated monthly average daily balances (ADB) of the eligible account
- “Elite Member/s” refers to bank clients who signed up for Business Elite
Eligibility
- Non-individual clients under the Business Banking Segment of the Bank that are able to fulfill the following conditions are eligible to sign up for the Business Elite program:
1) Month-to-date Average Daily Balance (MTD ADB) of Checking and/or Savings accounts of Php 2,000,000.00;
- Falling below the required threshold may result in the loss of privileges.
Privileges
The Bank reserves the right to update the privileges included in the program any time subject to notice in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
- Terms and conditions of featured products and services in the Business Elite Program will still apply.
- Falling below the required threshold may result in the loss of privileges. (Regular monitoring of CASA/Loan levels will be in place. Downgrades may be scheduled to happen semi-annually.
- Any change to a client’s relationship assignment will result in the loss of privileges. (e.g. Business Banking to Wholesale Banking)
CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Bank reserves the right to change any or all of these terms and conditions. The Depositor shall be notified of any such modification, amendment, or revision at least sixty (60) days prior to implementation of any amendments to the terms and conditions herein via e-mail or by public notice which may take the form of posting in public places, such as posting on the Security Bank’s website, or by such other electronic transmission or use of an electronic platform and/or at a conspicuous place within the premises of all banking units, which the Bank, at its option, considers appropriate and effective. Any such modification, amendment or revision shall be valid and binding upon you on the date of effectivity specified in the notice. Depositors agree to access the Security Bank website regularly to view these terms and conditions. The Bank shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or for any loss of value or benefits that may arise as a result of any changes made to these terms and conditions. If the Depositor does not agree with the new/revised terms and conditions have the right to exit the contract without penalty provided, that such right is exercised within thirty (30) days from receipt of individual notice or thirty (30) days from issuance of public notice.
General
- Cancellation or termination of “Business Elite Membership” may either be client initiated or bank- initiated.
- For client-initiated cancellation/termination, a cancellation request letter, or Customer Request Form (CRF) must be signed by the client explicitly stating the reason for cancellation/ termination.
- The Bank reserves the right to cancel/terminate the “Business Elite Membership” of a client at any time subject to notice in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Upon cancellation or termination of the Business Elite membership, the privileges as defined in these terms and conditions will cease.
- Business Elite membership is non-transferrable.
- Business Elite members agree to notify the Bank immediately of any change to my mailing address (residence and/or office), email address, and/or phone numbers (landline and/or mobile), and other relevant information. The Bank shall not be responsible for any consequences that may arise as a result of the member’s failure to notify the Bank in a timely manner of any change in his or her mailing address, contact or other information
- These terms and conditions supplement, and are to be read together with, and shall form an integral part of the Security Bank Deposit terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time by the Bank.

Downgrades
- Downgrades to a lower segment may happen periodically and may either be implemented by the bank or initiated by the customer.
- The Bank may, at its discretion, reassign Customers to a lower client segment if the Business Elite program eligibility criteria are not met.
