How to join
Earn raffle entries through the following:
- 5 raffle entries
1. If you’re a first-time customer and you open an account with a total balance of at least *PHP500,000 and become a Gold Circle member, you will earn 5 raffle entries.
*Make sure not to make any withdrawals that will cause your account balance less than PHP500,000 until the promo period and raffle draw.
2. If you’re an existing customer and not a Gold Circle Member yet, you may visit any of our branches nationwide to sign-up. When you sign up during the promo period, you will earn 5 raffle entries - 10 raffle entries (for Gold Circle Members)
If you’re a Gold Circle member already during the promo period, you will earn 10 raffle entries for every additional PHP500,000 fresh funds deposited to your account. - 1 raffle entry (for Gold Circle Members)
1. If you don’t have a Security Bank Online (SBC Online) yet, you will earn 1 raffle entry when you sign up.
2. If you use the SBC Online Bills payment feature with a minimum payment transaction of PHP5,000, you will earn 1 raffle entry each.

Promo mechanics
1. Promo Period is from January 9 to May 31, 2023, at 11:59 pm (“Promo Period”)
2. This promo is an exclusive offer to preselected new and existing Security Bank Corporation (“SBC”) account holders.
a. New-to-Bank clients (“NTB”) means the First Customer Date (“FCD”) should fall within the Promo Period, should be at least 18 years of age at the time of application, and with a total Aggregate Balance (“Aggregate Balance”) of at least Php 500,000. Aggregate balance is computed based on the consolidated monthly average balance of any of the following CASA account types (“CASA”):
i) All Access Account
ii) Build up Savings Account
iii) Premium Build-up Savings Account
iv) Jr. One Savings Account
v) eSecure Savings Account
vi) Easy Account
vii) MoneyBuilder Savings Account
viii) Dollar Savings Account
ix) 3rd Currency Savings Deposit
b. The following conditions shall apply to Existing-to-Bank (“ETB”) clients:
i) A Current member (“member”) of the Gold Circle Program. Member refers to bank clients who signed up for the Gold Circle program. (“Gold Circle”).
(1) The Gold Circle Program of Security Bank is a product bundle that provides perks and privileges to bank customers that maintain higher account balances. Please refer to https://www.securitybank.com/personal/gold/ for the complete terms and conditions.
ii) Pre-selected ETB non-Gold Circle members who are at least 18 years old and above.
3. Qualified clients will be notified through Viber, SMS, and/or electronic direct mailer.
4. NTB and ETB Clients must be an individual retail client and the primary SBC account holder (for joint account holders)
5. Corporate clients or accounts and settlement accounts with less than zero balance are not included as part of the promo.
6. To earn raffle entries, Qualified Clients must perform the following transactions during the Promo Period:
a. For NTB and ETB non-Gold Circle members who have successfully signed up to Gold Circle and have deposited “Fresh Funds” of at least P500,000. Five (5) raffle entries will be given on a one-time basis only regardless of the number of enrollments made during the promo period. Terms and conditions of the Gold Circle Program shall apply.
b. For all Gold Circle qualified clients NTB and ETB:
i) Additional deposits of fresh funds (“Fresh Deposit Funds”) to CASA accounts (“CASA”) during the promo period will earn raffle entries. Every P500,000 accumulated increase in their Average Daily Balance (“ADB”) during the promo period will give Qualified Client ten (10) raffle entries. Increments of P500,000 ADB thereafter shall give them ten (10) additional entries.
(1) ADB increase will be monitored and will earn raffle entries by the end of the promo period:
a. Beginning ADB for New Clients is at Zero (0).
b. Beginning ADB for Existing Clients is month-to-date (MTD) ADB as of extraction date
(2) Qualified clients should have active Gold Circle status to earn entries.
i) Other qualified transactions to earn additional entries for All Gold Circle clients:
(1) Successful enrollment to SBC Online during the promo period will give one (1) raffle entry. This will be given on a one-time basis to the Gold Circle member and primary account holder who will enroll in SBC Online.
(2) Perform Bills Payment with a minimum transaction amount of Php 5,000 via SBC ONLINE during the Promo Period. Each successfully posted Bills Payment transaction during the promo period will give them one (1) raffle entry.
ii) SBC-sourced loan proceeds and cash transferred from existing SBC deposit and/or investment accounts are NOT considered as Fresh Funds. Likewise, new accounts opened during the Promo Period using closed or transferred deposits from existing accounts are disqualified. In determining Fresh Deposit Funds, aggregate deposit (“Aggregate Deposit”) shall be considered. Aggregate Deposit is the cumulative amount of all the deposits in the CASA accounts owned by the Account Holder/s. A joint account shall be treated as a separate account and will not be included in the Aggregate Deposit of an individual (e.g., a joint account under “Mr. S and/or Mr. B” is not considered as part of the Aggregate Deposits of Mr. S or Mr. B). A joint account with different primary accountholders will be treated as a separate account from each accountholder/s of such joint account (e.g. a joint account under “Mr. S and/or Mr. B” will be treated as a separate account and will be not considered separately as part of the Aggregate Deposit of “Mr. S” and/or “Mr. B”).
iii) Total Relationship Balance (“TRB”) at the end of the promo period and during the raffle draw should be at least Php500,000 or higher than their TRB as of November 2022. TRB is computed based on the consolidated monthly average balance of any of the qualified CASA accounts and others Please refer to https://www.securitybank.com/personal/gold/ for the complete terms and conditions. When applicable, SBC will also review the Qualified Clients’ primary balance in all his SBC product holdings, including but not limited to, CASA, Time Deposit, Treasury, and other Investment Products prior to crediting raffle entries.

The MTD ADB is computed based on the full number of days in the month. That is, for accounts opened within the month, the divisor to determine MTD ADB will still be the full number of days in the month regardless of when the account is opened. 7. The Grand Raffle Draw will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, via a private Zoom or Teams meeting with SBC personnel and DTI representative’s supervision.
8. The Prizes will comprise the following:
Major Prize: One (1) winner of PHP1,000,000 cash to be credited to the existing account
Minor Prizes:
I. Three (3) winners of Apple iPhone 14 128 GB
ii. Seventeen (17) winners of Apple iPad 9th Gen Wi-fi 64GB
9. The number of raffle entries earned will depend on the number of qualified transactions accumulated by the client during the Promo Period. There will be monthly monitoring of the earned raffle tickets. Notifications will be sent to the client via Email/SMS/Viber
10. The Qualified Client may perform bills payment for one or more merchants as long as the transaction is done within the Promo Period and with the minimum required transaction amount.
11. At the time of the raffle draw, the following conditions should be met to qualify. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be chosen.
a. Client’s CASA Account/s (“CASA”) must meet the following requirements:
i. Remain open and active
ii. Has minimum MTD ADB of P500,000
ii. Has no more than a 50% decrease in their monthly ADB
b. Primary Balance should be at least Php 500,000 or higher at the end of the promo period
12. A client may only win once. Another name will be drawn if the client wins more than once in the minor or major raffle.
13. Winners shall be notified in writing by registered mail, by their branch of account through phone call based on the details indicated in SBC records including SMS and/or electronic direct mailer. Winners shall authorize SBC to disclose and publish their names and photos for promotional purposes as deemed appropriate by SBC.
14. To claim the prize, the winners must proceed to their preferred SBC branch and present a valid ID with a picture and fully sign the quitclaim and waiver.
15. Prizes are non-transferable. Gadgets are not convertible to cash.
16. If the prize is not claimed within ninety (90) calendar days from receipt of notification, it will be forfeited in favor of SBC with prior approval from DTI.
17. After submitting the required forms:
a.The cash prize will be received by the winner in full and be credited to their nominated SBC CASA account within fifteen (15) banking days.
b. Applicable tax for the cash prize shall be shouldered by SBC.
c. The actual gadgets will be received on the day of the client’s visit to the branch.
18. Employees of SBC and its subsidiaries, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo.
19. All new account openings are subject to existing policies and procedures of the Bank, including, but not limited to, the following:
a. All accounts opened during the promo period will be subject to existing KYC/account opening policies.
b. Accounts closed within 30 days of the account opening will be subject to corresponding early closure penalty fees.
c. Existing below maintaining balance charges corresponding to the participating product shall be applied.
20. This Promo is not held in conjunction with other existing promos of SBC, unless otherwise specified.
21. All questions and disputes with respect to the Promo shall be resolved solely by the Bank with the concurrence of DTI, and any decision shall be binding and conclusive on the Qualified Clients.
