	A majority-owned joint venture with a publicly-listed Singaporean corporate partner.
	It is the owner of prime properties located along Ayala Avenue in Makati City and parcels of land in Cavite.
	The Company has an on-going joint venture with Robinsons Land Corporation for the development of the Signa Designer Residences condominium located in its Ayala Avenue property. The Security Land building along Ayala Avenue is currently being retrofitted and renovated and will be leased out to corporate and business process outsourcing companies.
