Club Rewards and Good Life Rewards’ General Terms and Conditions:

1. The “Rewards Program” of SB Cards includes “The Good Life” and “Club Rewards”. “The Good Life” Rewards program is open to all all active and current Security Bank MasterCard Classic, Security Bank MasterCard Gold, Security Bank MasterCard Platinum, AIM-Alumni Security Bank MasterCard. While “Club Rewards” Program is open to all Diners Club International, and Diners Club Premiere Cardholders. Unless otherwise clearly stated, the “Rewards Pogram” of SB Cards will be construed to include both “The Good Life” and “Club Rewards”.
2. Points accumulated by both the Primary and Supplementary Cardholders shall be credited to the Primary Cardholder’s account. Accordingly, only Primary Cardholders can redeem from the Good Life Rewards and Club Rewards Program.
3. No enrollment shall be required to participate in the Good Life and Club Rewards Program(s). Every Security Bank MasterCard and Diners Club Card (hereinafter referred to as “Card”) is automatically enrolled in the program upon card activation.

POINTS ACCUMULATION:
1. The Cardholder will get one (1) Good Life or Club Rewards point for every P30 qualified transaction charged and billed to his/her Card. For dual currency Security Bank MasterCard Platinum and Diners Club Cardholder, every USD 1.00 qualified transaction earns one (1) Good Life Rewards or Club Rewards point.
2. Transactions eligible under Good Life Rewards and Club Rewards are straight charges and monthly amortizations of ChargeLight installment transactions. Charges not eligible for earning points include, but are not limited to: annual membership fees, processing and replacement fees, finance charges, interest and penalty charges, amounts revolved (unpaid amount from outstanding balance), outstanding balance, credit adjustment and other authorized charges, Cash Advance transactions and fees, Meralco, and PLDT payments.
3. The Cardholder’s Good Life Rewards and Club Rewards points balance shall be reflected in the monthly Statement of Account, updated every statement cutoff date. Unless reported to SB Cards within thirty (30) days upon receipt of the Statement of Account, the Rewards points summary shall be considered correct and binding upon the Cardholder concerned.
4. SB Cards may, from time to time, add to, or remove from, the above list of included and/or excluded transactions. SB Cards’ decision as to what transactions are included/ excluded for the purpose of earning Rewards points shall be final and conclusive.
5. All unredeemed Good Life or Club rewards points will automatically be forfeited once a Cardholder voluntarily cancels his/her Security Bank MasterCard or Diners Club account.
6. Calculation and accrual of the Good Life Rewards or Club Rewards points will automatically commence upon use of the subject card. However, Good Life Rewards or Club Rewards points do not have an expiration date.
7. This Good Life and Club Rewards catalog is valid from August 16, 2011 to February 29, 2012. This promo is extended until March 31, 2012.

1. In order to redeem Rewards items, the Cardholder’s account must be active and current (not cancelled or suspended; with no past due balance) at the time of redemption and delivery.
2. To redeem Rewards items, Cardholders may do any of the following:
2.1 Call the 24-hour Customer Contact Center at 88-791-88.
2.2 Fax the signed and duly accomplished redemption form at 840-24-63, 815-36-49, Cebu (032) 253-97-60, Davao (082) 226-30-53, Bacolod (034) 435-08-32, Cagayan de Oro (0822) 725-193, Zamboanga (062) 991-2323, and General Santos (083) 553-52-17
2.3 E-mail the signed and duly accomplished redemption form to customerservice@sbcards.com.ph.
2.4 Mail or drop off the signed and duly accomplished redemption form at SB Cards 114 Valero Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City
2.5 For inquries, call 24-hour customer contact center 88-791-88 or inquire at regional offices SB Cards Cebu (032) 253-85-77/ 253-93-97 or SB Cards Davao (082)224-034, or Bacolod (034)-709-6019. Regional offices could be contacted during office hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
3. A Cardholder may redeem Rewards items using the points accumulated on the basis of the required points indicated in the Rewards Program catalogue.
4. A Cardholder may also redeem Rewards items using a combination of the rewards points with Fasttrack or Pure Points. For Fast Track redemptions, Cardholders will be eligible to claim the Rewards item with lower required points, and charge the Cash portion to his/ her Diners Club credit card account. The Rewards Program catalogue will indicate/ specify the rewards items where Fasttrack shall apply.
5. A Cardholder may opt to redeem cash rebates through Security Bank Cash Card on the basis of his/her accumulated rewards points. Other modes of claiming cash rebates are mentioned in Redemption Procedure #4.
6. Other requirements for delivery or redemption of the rewards items are indicated in the succeeding redemption procedures.

1. For delivery of Rewards items, please allow seven (7) to fourteen (14 ) days for delivery within Metro Manila billing addresses and sixteen (16) to twenty one (21) days for regional billing addresses.
2. Rewards items may be delivered to the Cardholder’s billing or statement delivery address at home or office, as indicated in the Cardholder’s account.
2.1 A Cardholder must personally receive the Rewards item (for delivery) from the courier. During the delivery of the rewards item, the Cardholder shall be required to:
i . Present a valid and unexpired government issued ID (e.g. driver’s license, SSS ID, TIN ID, PRC ID, passport, etc.) or company ID with picture and signature;
ii . Affix signature over printed name, and indicate date in the Acknowledgement Receipt (A/R).
2.2 If the Cardholder is unable to personally receive the Rewards item (for delivery), the authorized representative or qualified person within the household of the Cardholder shall be required to do any of or all of the following:
i . Present an authorization letter signed by the Cardholder;
ii . Present a valid and unexpired government issued ID (e.g. driver’s license, SSS ID, TIN ID, PRC ID, passport, etc.) or company ID with picture and signature;
iii . Present a photocopy of the Cardholder’s valid and unexpired government issued ID (e.g. driver’s license, SSS ID, TIN ID, PRC ID, passport, etc.) or company ID with picture and signature; and
iv . Affix signature over printed name, indicate relationship to the Cardholder, and indicate date in the Acknowledgment receipt (A/R).
2.3 The Cardholder will be notified if the Rewards item/s remain/s undelivered after three (3) attempts to deliver, for reasons not caused by SB Cards. Should the Cardholder request for re-delivery, an additional delivery fee shall be charged to the Cardholder’s Security Bank MasterCard or Diners account.
3. For airline and hotel miles, please allow a processing time of four (4) to six (6) weeks before credits are made to the Cardholder’s account. The Cardholder must first be enrolled in the participating mileage program before Rewards points can be converted. The Cardholder may contact the respective airline miles provider or hotel for confirmation.
3.1 Rewards points that have been converted to airline or hotel miles cannot be converted back to Rewards points.
3.2 Airline or hotel miles cannot be exchanged for cash or credit under any circumstances, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the participating airline or hotel mileage partner.
3.3 Cardholders are subject to, and must comply with, the terms and conditions of the participating mileage program in which they are enrolled.
4. For Cash rebates, a Cardholder may redeem cash rebates through:
4.1 Cash Card. The minimum amount which may be redeemed through the cash card is P300.
4.1.1. If Cardholder has a Cash Card account, to redeem Cash Rebates, cardholder may call the Customer Contact Center at 88-791-88.
4.1.2. If Cardholder has no Cash Card account, to apply, Cardholder may go to the nearest Security Bank Branch. The processing of Cash Card applications shall take around 3 to 5 banking days; and once processed, the Cash Card shall be for pick-up by the client at the Security Bank branch where he/ she applied.
4.1.3. A Cash Card has an aggregate load limit of PHP 100,000 per client per month.
4.2 For Cash cards opened/ purchased in a Security Bank branch, processing will take around 3-5 days, Cash Cards should be picked up by the cardholder
4.3 Credit to a Cardholder’s Security Bank account, Cash Card, Diners Club, or Security Bank MasterCard account. The crediting to the account of the Cardholder will take seven (7) banking days.
5. For annual fee waivers, please allow two (2) to four (4) weeks for processing.
6. All item descriptions are based on information provided by the supplier/ merchant.
7. Branches of merchants, if indicated, and/ or telephone numbers, or website address, if indicated, are based on supplier/merchant information. These may be updated/changed by the supplier/ merchant, without notification to SB Cards.
8. Batteries, if applicable (e.g. for mechanical toys, etc.), are not included in the Rewards item upon redemption.
9. Rewards items photographed in the Rewards Catalog may differ slightly in color, perceived size, or texture from the actual items to be delivered to the Cardholder.
10. For replacement of defective Rewards items redeemed through the Good Life Rewards or Club Rewards program, the supplier shall only accept returned Rewards items in their original/ brand new condition (complete with its box/ container and everything that came with the item at initial delivery). Any request for replacement of Rewards item must be made within forty eight (48) hours from delivery date.
11. For gift checks, gift cards, gift vouchers, hotel vouchers, and other airline gift certificate, the validity for use of the gift vouchers will be based on the validity period indicated in the gift vouchers. The validity period may vary per merchant partner.
12. SB Cards will not be obliged to replace any redeemed Rewards item that is lost or stolen after delivery.
13. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank MasterCard and Diners Club Credit Card, as well as the Security Bank Cash Card Purchase Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof.

1. Once the redemption is accepted by SB Cards, the same cannot be revoked or cancelled by the Cardholder.
2. All requests for redemptions may not be cancelled or redeemed items returned in the absence of any defect in the item redeemed. Exchanges should be made within forty-eight (48) hours upon receipt of the item. Redeemed items sent back for exchanges must be in the same condition as they were when delivered, complete with the box, manual, parts among others, that accompanied it upon delivery. SB Cards reserves the right to reject any request for exchanges. Any cost that may result from exchange requests found to be unacceptable shall be shouldered by the Cardholder.
3. Rewards points redeemed are non-transferable. Other than its intended use in this program, Rewards points under the Good Life Rewards and Club Rewards Program hold no other financial or commercial value.
4. Rewards items that can be redeemed are limited only to those found in this Good Life and Club Rewards catalog.
4.1 Some airline miles, or hotel miles shall be offered exclusively for Diners Club Cardholders, as indicated in the Rewards Catalogue.
4.2 Diners Club Premiere and Security Bank MasterCard Platinum Cardholders could request for items not included in this Catalog under Personalized Rewards, subject to the terms and conditions of Club Rewards and Good Life Rewards. Any additional delivery fee of the supplier, shall be charged to the Cardholder’s account, should the Cardholder request that the said items be delivered.
5. All rewards items are subject to availability and supplier’s or manufacturer’s restrictions. In case a reward’s item or service is unavailable, the Cardholder has the option to choose another Rewards item or service with the same Rewards points. SB Cards’ or its partners may without notice, withdraw or substitute any Rewards item with one of its comparable value and nature.
6. SB Cards reserves the right to disqualify any Cardholder from participating in the Good Life Rewards or Club Rewards Program and forfeit any Rewards points earned by the Cardholder upon delinquency in payment or upon violation of the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank MasterCard and Diners Club Card.
6.1 Fraud and abuse relating to the earning of Rewards points in the Rewards program or redemption of Rewards items, as reasonably determined by SB Cards, may result in forfeiture of earned Rewards points.
7. Any request for redemption of rewards points is deemed to include an automatic authorization to SB Cards to give necessary Cardholder information to its supplier/merchant, agent, and/or contractor in order to complete the redemption process or delivery.
8. Any request for redemption of rewards for donation is deemed to include an automatic authorization to SB Cards to give necessary Cardholder information to accredited donee partner/s in order to deliver the “thank you letter”, and/or corresponding official receipt, and/or other items as may be given for free by the accredited donee partner.
9. Unless otherwise expressly stated for a particular item, installation costs and/or eventual maintenance servicing of Rewards items claimed through this Good Life Rewards or Club Rewards Program, including but not limited to the following: gadgets, electronic equipment, premium items, and household appliances, shall be for account of the Cardholder. In some cases, certain Rewards items may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If such is the case, Cardholders should address or direct their inquiries to the manufacturer of the Rewards item as stated in the warranty information. SB Cards does not itself make warranty or representation with respect to any of the said Rewards items, vouchers, or other forms of Rewards.
10. The Cardholders shall ultimately be responsible for any taxes, if any, that may be incurred in connection with the Rewards items redeemed and the Cardholder releases and absolves SB Cards from responsibility for said taxes. Also, in the event that the redemption of a Rewards item should result in income tax liability to the Cardholder, said income tax liability, if any, shall be the sole responsibility of the Cardholder.
11. All redemptions from this catalog must be received by SB Cards on or before May 31, 2012
