| You may enroll your Dollar/Peso Checking/Savings Account. |
| How long will the activation take? |
| Your Security TeleBanker facility will be activated 24 hours upon enrollment. |
| Can anybody else access my Security TeleBanker facility? |
| No. UNLESS you gave your TAC and CIDAN to somebody else. |
| Can I change my TAC and CIDAN? |
| You may change your TAC, but not your CIDAN. |
| Can I enroll 2 or more accounts? |
| Yes. However, you may only link and assign a Direct Access Code (DAC) to a Maximum of 4 accounts only. |
| What is Direct Access Code (DAC)? |
| DAC is your short cut access code for two or more accounts without having to memorize the account numbers. Upon enrollment, a one-digit code (1-4) will be assigned per account that you enrolled. |
| What happens if my account is closed? |
| It is automatically erased from the system. However, you have the option to enroll another account to replace the account closed. |
| Can I only inquire on my CASA accounts? |
| Aside from doing transactions on your CASA accounts, you may also do balance inquiry on your Term Deposits (TD) and Investment Savings Account (ISA). |
| Can I do anything else to my TD and ISA deposits other than balance inquiry? |
| No. You may only make a balance inquiry on your TD or ISA. |
| Do I have to enroll the accounts I intend to transfer funds to? |
| Yes, that account you wish to transfer funds to has to be enrolled. |
| Can I do cross currency fund transfers? |
| Cross currency fund transfers are not allowed. |
| For bills payment, do I have to enroll the card / policy / telephone number I wish to pay for? |
| Yes. |
| What about my dollar bills, can I pay them through Security TeleBanker? |
| Yes, provided that you will use a dollar denominated account to pay for the bill. |
