 Security MobileBanker

SBC’s very own Mobile Banking Facility in partnership with SMART Communications. With Security MobileBanker, you can do your basic banking transactions such as balance inquiry, funds transfer and bills payment with the use of your cellphone.


 Enrollment / Registration Guidelines
 

Security MobileBanker (for Smart subscribers)

To enroll:
1. Go to any Security Bank branch.
2. Enroll any or all of your CASA (current/checking or savings) accounts by filling up the e-Banking Services Enrollment Form available in all Security Bank branches.
3. Once enrolled, you will receive a 4-digit Mobile-PIN (m-PIN) via SMS from Security Bank. Said m-PIN can be changed accordingly once you access the SMART MobileBanking Menu on your cell phone.
4. Use your m-PIN and the bank code (SBC) to activate your account on your SMART cell phone. This will also allow you to securely confirm all your banking transactions. 

To initialize:
1. Go to SMART Menu on your phone and select MobileBanking
2. Click on Activate, then press OK.
3. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that your menus have been activated.

To activate bank:
1. Go to SMART Menu and select MobileBanking
2. Select Activate Bank, then press OK.
3. Select M-Pin to activate your bank, press OK.
4. Enter the Security Bank code (SBC), then press OK.
5. Confirm activation by pressing OK.
6. Enter your m-PIN, press OK.
7. You will receive a text message confirming your activation.
8. Security Bank will now be available in the sub-menus of your MobileBanking.


  MobileBanker through BancNet Online (for Globe subscribers)

To enroll:
1. Go to any Security Bank branch.
2. Fill up the e-Banking Services Enrollment Form and indicate BancNet Online/Globe MobileBanking.
3. Indicate your BancNet Online Virtual Card Number and Cell phone number.

To register:
1. Once enrollment is in place, log on to www.bancnetonline.com to register and fill in the following entries:
   - Bank Name (Security Bank)
   - BancNet Online (BOL) Virtual Card Number
   - Cell phone number
   - BancNet Online (BOL) PIN
2. You will get your m-PIN, which will be displayed on the browser upon successful registration.
3. Account Key shall be sent through text upon activation.
4. To transact, text the command plus the m-PIN and account key then send to 2956.

SMS Transaction Commands: 
1. Balance Inquiry – BAL MPIN ACCTKEY (e.g. BAL 5678 SEC1)
2. InterBank Funds Transfer – TRA MPIN ACCTKEY AMOUNT (e.g TRA 5678 SEC1 500)
3. Bills Payment – PAY MPIN ACCTKEY INSTNAME SUBSCRIBER AMOUNT (e.g. PAY 5678 SEC1 GLOBE 21023456 560.50
