The Management of Security Bank Corporation (SBC)
and the Security Bank Employees’ Union (SBEU) have
successfully concluded negotiations for the
Collective Bargaining Agreement that will last up
to 2011. Agreement signing was held last June 15,
2007 at the Brasserie 21, Makati City, headed by
the Chairmen of both Management and Union
Negotiating Panels. Also present during the
agreement signing was the Executive Vice President
of SBC, Mr. Jesus Roberto S. Reyes. |

An amicable relationship between the Management and
Workforce of Security Bank Corporation resulted to
a speedy and peaceful conclusion of the
negotiations of the Collective Bargaining
