To be eligible for a Diners Club Card, you must:

• Be 21 to 65 years old
• Be employed for the past 2 years and/or own a business for the past 3 years
• Be earning a minimum gross annual income of Php 200,000 (for Diners Club International Card applicants)
• Be residing within a 25 km, radius of Security Bank branch (for non-Metro Manila Residents) with at least one (1) landline telephone
Have one (1) personal reference not living with you (for employees). For applicants who are self-employed, please also indicate one (1) trade reference (may be a business associate, client or supplier)

Documents Required

1. Fully accomplished and signed Diners Club Application Form
2. Proof of Income
  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) Form or
  • Latest W-2 Form with BIR Stamp
  • Any of the following (optional):
   - Original Certificate of Employment stating your position, tenure and a breakdown of your gross annual income
   - Latest Statement of Account for any major card company (must be a Cardholder for at least 1 year)
   - Latest 1 month payslip and company ID (photocopy of front & back)

3. Valid ID (photocopy of front & back)
  • Driver's license
  • Passport
  • GSIS or SSS ID
  • PRC ID
  • Gun License

4. For applicants who are self-employed: Proof of Business Ownership

Additional Information

  • Fill-up the application form (place N.A. where not applicable) and sign.
  • Fax to any of the following numbers; 840-2436, 815-3649, 812-1272
  • Application with incomplete information or documents will not be processed
  • Use of P.O. box as your residence or office/business address is not allowed.
  • Application is still subject to credit checking.
  • Applicable fees will be charged to the Card once your application is approved.
