    #BetterProcess

We’re the only Philippine bank that doesn’t require account opening forms. Clients can walk up to the counter without having to fill up deposit or withdrawal slips and they even get text alerts for each branch transaction for added security. It seems very basic to listen to what customers are saying but there are a few banks that actually do something about it, and we are one of them.

    #BetterProducts

We look at innovation differently. It’s not just about using technology to have a new product offering but it’s about using the product to give a better experience and more value that makes sense for our clients. We include clients in the product development process as we check and test products from their point of view.

    #BetterService

Within the organization are great bankers that know and value the importance of customer experience. Compared to other banks, we have taken our brand promise to heart—as the bank that knows you best and puts you first. And all of us have committed to work by that promise.

    #BetterCulture

Everyone was worried if we can actually deliver on what we intend to promise – basically saying that we will always do better, provide a better service, a better banking experience. The good thing is that they took their worries as a challenge to actually deliver the promise. And so far it’s been working.
