Security Bank Online is the Bank's internet-based online banking platform for the retail or individual market. This is in-line with the Bank's direction to provide customers alternate channels that will drive down transaction costs and consistently project an image of being an innovative, modern, high tech, & customer-centric organization. Security Bank Online is accessible 24/7, anywhere for as long as there is a computer with internet access.

The following are the functionalities and/or banking services which you can do at Security Bank Online:

1. Online Enrollment
This function allows the client to enroll to online. In the homepage, there is a separate link for Security Bank customers (BANK ACCOUNT) and for SECURITY BANK Cards customers (CREDIT CARD) where they can enroll.

2. Additional Enrollment
This function allows the client to enroll additional (1) CASAs, (2) Credit Cards and (3) Receiving Accounts. Details of these enrolled CASAs/credit cards may also be viewed under this module.

3. Balance Inquiry
Under Balance Inquiry, both Security Bank clients and Security Bank Credit Cards clients may view the account balances of their enrolled CASA/credit cards online.

For a Bank client, he may view his CURRENT and AVAILABLE balance from his CASAs at the date and time he executed this module.

For credit cards, a client may view the following:
Available Balance
Cash Advance Balance
Deferred Payment Plan Balance

4. Transaction History
This function allows bank clients to view their transaction history for the last 3 months.

5. Fund Transfer
Fund Transfer Module allows bank clients to transfer funds from a Security Bank CASA to another Security Bank CASA (Intrabank Fund Transfer). There are 3 Fund Transfer schedules that the client may perform online:

a. Immediate. Funds will be transferred the moment the transaction is being performed.
b. Post-dated. Funds will be transferred on a specified future date.
c. Recurring. Funds will be transferred on future dates depending on the specified mode (daily, weekly, or monthly).

6. Bills Payment
This module allows the bank clients to pay their bills online. Like the Fund Transfer Module, Bills Payment also has 3 schedules that the client may choose from:

a. Immediate. Bills will be paid the moment the transaction is being performed.
b. Post-dated. Bills will be paid on a specified future date.
c. Recurring. Bills will be paid on future dates depending on the specified mode (daily, weekly, or monthly).

7. Statement of Account Download
Under this module, bank clients may view, download and print their transaction history for the last 3 months. Clients may choose to view their transactions for the following:

a. Current Day
b. Previous Day
c. Previous Month
d. Previous 2 Months
e. Previous 3 Months

For credit card clients, they may download their current and/or previous SOAs.

8. Account Settings
This function allows enrolled clients to:

a. Amend Profile - edit/update client information entered during Online Enrollment.
b. Amend Challenge Question & Answer - change Challenge Question and Answer
designated during Online Enrolment
c. Change Password - change log-in password nominated during Online Enrolment
d. View/Edit/Delete Favorites - view, edit or delete Favorites added for Bills Payment transactions.
e. Change Theme - choose theme color from the available options.

For credit card clients, they may download their current and/or previous SOAs.

9. CheckBook Re-Order
This module allows the client to request for new Checkbooks and view the status of previous request.
